It appears that knows karate. Not only that, the intensity in her eyes would indicate that she is quite proficient at it too.

Please do not disrespect the model (she will kick your ass if you do)

Well hopefully she can defend well from a Double leg takedown.

how do you do a double leg takedown?

in tai chi we have a move that leaves the leg out like that. what we do is wait until somebody takes advantage of it then step up and fall into a low strike and stamp on the others foot at the same time to anchor them to us and keep them from retreating.

I have no idea if that's what she's doing here but it might be.

Though another defense besides sprawling and if you don't mind being in your back, is to do a guillotine choke/neck crank if the takedown is done sloppily.

Well basically the grappler shoots for the legs and drives said opponents legs up into a slam, worse come to worse if you can't get both feets, a single leg would suffice and then go for a trip. Though if she were to defend the takedown, she should sprawl which is basically going down on the grappler who's doing the takedown into a burpee drop.

huh, interesting. sounds like an extremely risky technique to me though.

Well risky for the ears if you like to constantly shoot for the legs, heck I got a cauliflower ear on my left ear.

I like ground fighting esp when Leg locks and kneebars give the most damage.

The look on her face I imagine, ends more fights than her point strike.
